The industrial
boilers the company produces are products of which the
quality
and security are strictly controled by countries all over
the world. A series of
detailed and strict standards, codes and regulations regarding
the design,
technology, manufacturing, inspection, supervision, production
of boilers have
been worked out and issued by related departments of the
countries.
To guarantee the quality and security
of products, the Factory has given prior
consideration to quality control since the day of starting
to manufacture boilers. It
has drawn up a series of rules, regulations and systems
and gradually extended
them into 'Quality Guarantee Handbook'. It adopts the
quality control system as the
main means of providing users with products and service
that meet their requirements.
The main contents of the Factory's quality system are:
1. Contract review: to guarantee the legality, completeness,
normalization of
contract contents and ensure the complete implementation
of contracts.
2. Design control: to draw up product development plans
and assign design and
validation tasks to personnel with corresponding qualifications.
The product drafts
of the Factory are all approved by authority of the country.
3. Purchasing Control: detailed purchasing documents have
been drawn up, in
which clear stipulations have been made for the category,
models, grades,
technical requirements, inspection regulations of materials
to be purchased.
Important raw materials amd matching parts are all re-inspected
and circulation is
tracked and controlled.
4. Working procedure control: Strict technical requirements
and control
measurements are adopted in production and assembly working
procedures that
directly affect product quality. The product characteristics
and manufacturing
process in important working procedures are supervised
and controlled. The
conditions of key Quality system and operating qualification
of personnel on key posts
are also strictly controlled and stipulated. Welders and
crack detecting workers are
examined and issued certificates to go on post. And they
are re-examined and
appraised regularly. all these keep the important working
procedures of the factory
always under control.
5. Inspection and test: to ensure that materials which
have not been inspected or
have not passed examination are not put into use in working
procedures.
Disqualified parts do not move to the next working procedure.
All examination
process are recorded in detail and are tracked. New products
all go through model
test or engineering verification. Disqualified products
that are found during the
production course are marked, recorded, evaluated and
seperated. Personnel from
Hangzhou Labour Bureau Boiler Inspection Institue is assigned
to the Factory, who
supervises the production course and issues Inspection
Qualification Certificate for
every boilers.
6. After-sale service: Instruction Books are provided
for all products of the Factory, in which the assembly,
installation, use, operation and maintenance of products
are
all clearly stated. List of spare parts is provided. Wearing
parts can be provided if
needed. Timely and circumspect logistics is ensured. When
needed, the 3-
guarantee service men of the Factory can arrive at the
spot in 8 hours if the user is
within the city, in 36 hours if the user is within the
